So welcome back to the Empowerment Diaries and, as you know, I like to talk about transformation, because I'm going through transformation all on my own. This is Lita, goddess of Growth, and today I would love to introduce you to a new baby of my own. This is my own personal creation and I'm excited to share it with you, a brand new initiative which I think will address a number of the pain points I observed whilst going through a real season of drought from 2022 until end of July 2025. It's all new. For a long time, I've dreamed of creating a space where creators can not only tell their stories, but also be seen and celebrated for the gifts they bring to the world.
Speaker 1:When I started on social media 2023, I joined with my limited company, carlita's Place Limited, and I had in mind a vision of a virtual space, like a house, where people could come, talk, connect, almost as if we were meeting in a cafe. You know, we've come out of the pandemic, so we know what it's like to connect with others online. However, life happened, things changed and that company is now dormant, ready to be liquidated, and the opportunity to open the creator network with TikTok became available, and in working up that opportunity, I was reminded of the space that I originally went on to social media to create. We need different opportunities to come our way to remind us of our original intention, our reason for so. I would say that the creative network opportunity, even though it wasn't really what I was expecting, came at the right time and, in terms of this new creation, it is a place and a space where we don't just talk about growth. It is a space where we will be encouraged to connect and build community, and community is so important for anyone that wants to grow, whether it's a personal transformation, whether it's a service that we're promoting, a product we are as good as the people that we know and connect with and to. We're talking about having a space where I will encourage a bit of a podcast, a bit of sharing, a bit of connecting so that we are able to witness our changes and support each other as we grow, helping each other to rise, really focus on transformation and learning from our stories that's evolving on a daily basis.
Speaker 1:This is the space that has been created gradually, in the space of drought even before the drought, if I'm honest, for many decades, actually, many a business plan. I remember the old days. It had the idea of having a physical location where we would have space to have coffee drinks, listen to music, listen to poetry, hear stories, write stories, share stories. And here we are we have a podcast, we have a space where we can build community, and the reason I chose Buzzsprout actually was because I had read that there is this opportunity to come together not just to listen to a podcast, but actually to come in and contribute, give your opinion, share knowledge, connect, build community on this podcast. There is the opportunity to subscribe, there is the opportunity to and possibility to do specialised content and this space Sovereign I'm only here introducing it to you.
Speaker 1:This space I'm creating is really the elite space that has come out of the prompt from creating the sovereign creator network as approved by TikTok. I don't know how long for, but sovereign UK has come out of that because even on the platform, where I found that information and growth can be somewhat suppressed, should we say, if you're having to rely on an algorithm, I felt like actually I and others, we still need a space that we can grow, that we're permitted to have communication and connect, and social media is very fast. It doesn't really have that time always to sit down and listen to a story or even tap into emotion. It's all about, actually. If we're not getting it in the last first seconds or so, we're moving on. This is the space where we're coming to connect as real people. So this, this is why I'm launching Sovereign Spotlight.
Speaker 1:Sovereign Spotlight, this is the place where we are going to have visibility. This is the place where visibility is open to all that want to invest and connect, that want to transform. It's an elite connection in that, yes, you would need to subscribe, you would need to be present, you would need to commit to making the space your own space. Subscription is needed because we need that energy of commitment, of growth, of purpose, and it's really entry level. So we've only got the commitment to subscribe to the empowerment diaries podcast and create space for sovereign spotlight to come together and through sovereign spotlight, we will have opportunities for people to connect, to tell their story, to build community and as we're building community, if you want to, you can then take it further and we can do some transformational life coaching together on a one-on-one or group basis. I'm open to it. Spotlight so life experiences helps us to create, and I do believe I've come through a whole period of pressure, of downtime, of questioning why, why, why?
Speaker 1:I know that there's something in my soul that I'm here to do and trying to find the correct channel, the correct path to to let it flow out. It's not been easy and I listened to a lot of advice because I didn't have a clue. Show up, everyone said make sure that you're visible, be on social media, and I found myself going around in circles and coming back to the, to the first place more knowledge, more wiser, but definitely not any richer, not even comfortable, unable to pay my bills, unable to pay my mortgage, like, yeah, I was questioning spirit, like if I'm here to do a thing and it's what I enjoy, why is it not delivering what I need to deliver? But the issue was the container, the space was not the right space. I kept on hearing. You know, I need to create my own space and I was trying to create my own space in platforms and their rules and their conditions. So, even if I am on platforms linking in with rules and conditions, even if I have to take work here and there to make sure the mortgage is paid, this baby that I am birthing, this creation, it needs to be a space where I can flow, I'm able to give, I'm able to receive, I'm able to grow and others are able to grow alongside me. Join me on the journey of transformation as we grow together, because this is a human journey. This is not a case of waiting to see success and then trying to follow success, because I understand all our journeys are so different and I'm happy to support anyone's journey. Regardless of what season you're in, what level you are at, there are going to be commonalities. That's why the universe brings us together. There will always be something that I can see that you can't, and vice versa. Breathe it in, guys.
Speaker 1:Sovereign Spotlight is going to be more than just a podcast segment. This is going to be about visibility. It's going to be about community building. I say it's going to be. No, it's not going to be, it is. It is about visibility, it is about community. We're building a platform where creators yes, creators and we are all creators, whether or not you create podcasts, videos on social media, we are creators in this life where creators come together, coaches and change makers. All of us come together and share our journey and have our stories amplified, stories that, for many reasons, family, friends associates, people that have walked through our lives, have tried to suppress, and give thanks to those that allowed us to tell our story, to be our story and even remind our story our aunts, uncles, cousins. Whatever it is and was for you as it was for me.
Speaker 1:Through Sovereign Spotlight, I will be doing three things. The first and important I will be showcasing individual creators here on the podcast and across social media. Now, this is new and I am still learning. However, perfection is not the key. Now. The task is action. Okay, so there is going to be a bit of learning, a bit of vulnerability. I have yet to have someone on this podcast that I have interviewed, so I'm hoping to meet patient people that can work with me as I get familiar with the process. I will be the host. I will be here to create a space so that your voice can be amplified and your work can reach new audiences. We're talking about showcasing individual creators here on this podcast and across social media, so you do not have algorithms to wait upon so that you can be seen. I don't know if TikTok will permit me to continue having an account on the platform. I'm waiting to see. If I am permitted to do so, I will be able to showcase the work on TikTok. I will be able to showcase the work on Instagram or whatever other social media platform there is. Out there, the podcast is almost international, so it can go forth with a better reach as well, and with investment I am able to promote our stories, our stories.
Speaker 1:I will be facilitating group and one-to-one coaching sessions for those who want to grow their brand, and when I talk about grow their brand, we're talking about our visuals, our aesthetics, our story, how our story translates into the human experience that everyone else buys into. You know, there was a time when I first joined TikTok, there was a lot of people online that used different techniques to keep people engaged in live streams, and then new rules came into place, and rightly so. Where, you know, people are not allowed to beg, they're not allowed to be overly, you know, spend the whole live stream crying, and some of us we like drama. Right, we like to watch a live stream, almost as if we're watching the old school soaps that we used to have in the UK, some of them still running. I'll be facilitating group and one-to-one coaching sessions for those who want to grow their brand. If I've still got the creator network. I'll work with those that are available or able to apply via the creator network. The creator network via TikTok offers the opportunity to get coaching and support through someone like myself free of charge, and I will have access to the analytics. If TikTok closes that door for me, not a problem. I know what I'm doing, I don't need the analytics and I can guide you through the analytics if you've got access.
Speaker 1:What we're talking about, though, is real transformation. We're talking about identifying your season. Save you the energy that I've had. I know there are some things I cannot help you avoid, because that's your life journey. You need to go through it, but if I can soften the blows or help you along the way, I will do so. We're talking about coaching sessions so that you can focus on what you want, which is ultimately to grow your brand, strengthen your message and also to step into your next level of visibility.
Speaker 1:Even the times whilst I had my account suppressed by TikTok, I was still able to have brands approach me to work with me, so this is not about training you on how to go viral. I have not got a clue on how to go viral. I know I've done many quality posts that were suppressed. They didn't go anywhere and I know, in the space of rarity there's been some very strange posts that I've seen have hundreds of thousands of views and we've all seen them, haven't we? So I'm not here to teach anyone how to go viral. That's not my focus. What I'm focusing on is how we can all build our presence, our presence to the extent where we can collaborate and partner with brands and progress. Now, you may not want to partner with brands. It might be that you have your own book or service product that you'd like to promote, and why not be here to share your story so that you can have opportunities for further collaboration, maybe investment from others, like? There's opportunities, so long as people get to see you and know who you are.
Speaker 1:I continually talk about my ambassadorship with london no tropics. One of the things I like about the brand is that there is a personal story behind the brand, the directors. They've really put themselves at the front of their brand. One part of their story includes them going to the lion's den to get seed funding, funding to help extend their reach. Recently I heard that they've managed to get a contract with an airline. So, on the airline, one can now go and have adaptogenic coffee. It's such a lovely brand to be connected to, in my opinion, and there's a sense of pride when I go and I look on Instagram and I see them on Facebook and TikTok. Often they are doing their marketing and promotion themselves. I really don't know where they get the time. The story is what we latch into and I do also like the fact that they seem to connect to the spiritual side of life in a very subtle way. They talk about synergies. They talk about, you know, the each coffee blend that I've had, it kind of mirrors your mood and where you're going to.
Speaker 1:Yeah, this spot is about sovereign spotlight and I do get excited about others and their success, their journey, and this is what it's about connecting with you. What is it that you have that you want to showcase, that we can use this space and to create, to magnify all that you are and more. I have learned lessons, though. I do have a habit of seeing potential and I do know potential is not it. I am looking for people that's ready to be, to be visible, to be present, ready to showcase their service. This is not a pre-service stage. The pre-service stage, if I have the creator network still with TikTok and you're in the UK, you're welcome to join me and do that, because there's different metrics and the coaching is free and so long as you follow their metrics, you should progress on their platform.
Speaker 1:I'm talking now to people that want to do more than attempt to go viral. We're talking about legacy building. We're talking about long-term legacy brands building, so that not only are we working with other brands, but we get so good at what we do. We create our own, our own merchandise, our own space, our own platform. This is where we're at. We're building a supportive network to encourage each other to grow, because together we can grow faster. There's so many spaces and places on social media. If we had the group connection, I do believe a lot of our posts would go much further.
Speaker 1:Of course, platforms will always have their rules and regulations and I know, as human beings, we have had habits. Have we not trying to beat the algorithm, join the grow rooms, the team work trends? Even though those platforms tell us not to do so, we still try to do those to see if we can speed our progress along, and personal experience has told me they never work, do they? We're looking at building a supportive network because growth is faster, deeper and more joyful when we do it together. Real champions encourage growth in each other and we'll be coming together under sovereign spotlight, a studio set up for coaching and support and visibility okay, visibility. So let's review. We're looking at you, the creator, joining sovereign spotlight in this podcast environment, which will showcase your work across social media so that we all together can reach new audiences. We'll be facilitating group and one-to-one coaching sessions for those who want to grow their brand, strengthen their message and step into their next level of visibility. Finally, together we will be building a supportive network.
Speaker 1:This is not a competition. This is not a competition. This is not a you've taken my spot. No, this is our space to build a supportive network so that we can grow faster, deeper and more joyful when we do it together. So if you've been creating coaching or crafting your message and feeling like you're working in a vacuum, you're not getting any support, your content is being suppressed, but you've been plugging on.
Speaker 1:Sovereign Spotlight is here to change that. To change that. It's about shining a light on your brilliance and connecting you with others who believe in collaboration over competition. Sounds easy to say, right? What does that mean? That means I will be working with you to tap into your time and your season Once we understand the time and the season. Yeah, on occasion it might feel difficult and I can understand how resentment can come in, but you will know your journey is your journey. And when I say when it's your journey, it's your journey. It's not just the case about keeping separate from competition. It's also knowing when it's your time, when it's your time to be featured, when it's your time to be visible, when it's your time to go for extra coaching, when it's time to be part of a community that's supporting you, uplifting you, part of a community that's supporting you, uplifting you. It's all about us coming together and connecting so that we can grow, so we can all rise up together.
